At Hush Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original condition
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund for the eligible item(s).
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
